These Terms govern your use of PropTraq, operated by FIT Solutions Corp. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate anyone’s rights.
• Upload content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
• Reverse-engineer, probe, or disrupt the platform or its security features.
• Send unsolicited messages or misuse the invitation system.

SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email during registration or invitation acceptance, you consent to receive transactional messages from PropTraq, including one-time verification codes, tenant invitation codes, maintenance-request status updates, and emergency maintenance alerts.

Typical frequency is 2-10 messages per month per user. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out, HELP for help. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (descriptions, photos, videos, property records). You grant PropTraq a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service to you and the users you are connected with on the platform.

Vendor Services

PropTraq helps match maintenance requests to qualified vendors, but we do not employ vendors and do not guarantee their work. Agreements for maintenance services are between the property owner and the vendor. PropTraq is not a party to those agreements.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIT Solutions Corp’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees you paid to PropTraq in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@proptraq.ai.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
